The primary language of your site must be Engilsh.

We don't accept adult contents including hentai, pornograpphy and racism, hatred sites. If we find these sites in our list, we can delete them without notice.
Also your site must offer wallpapers or screensavers or desktop themes or skin. (not pictures or something)

Banner size & logo

Banner size should be 88X31 pixels and the file size should be 10k or less.
This regulation is for fast loading of pages, so we hope you understand our position. Also no "sexy", "bikini", "hot hot" logos because we accept wallpaper, screensaver ,desktop theme and skin resource sites, not gallery or babe related sites. If we find using these logos in our list, we can replace them with our default logo without notice.

Using of inadequate words

Don't use misleading title and description words. When you don't have that stuff at your site, please don't tell a lie. We can modify the words without notice or contact you about this problem.

Popups

Popups are allowed. Because we use double-checking-anti-fraud system, you are free to use popups without anxiety of spam or fraudness.

General

Do as it should be done. That's all you should keep.
